In addition to retiring as a Colonel from the U.S. Marine Corps after serving 34 years, Al has extensive operational leadership experience in the private sector, spanning startups and SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. In these roles, Al built and executed enterprise transformation programs, led end-to-end strategic growth initiatives, and secured partner agreements that delivered measurable results.
